Welcome to the SPD Sentencing Resource Database. This database has different categories listing placements and DOC information specific to sentencing and dispositional hearings. Username and password are required to access the database. To obtain the Username and password, contact Mary Nordlie at the Office of the State Public Defender: Email Mary or phone 608-266-9971 Note - You must be staff with the State Public Defender or accept SPD cases to access this information. |

If there are websites that are beneficial for sentencing practices, please send details to Mary so this information can be added to the database. | |

Placements: Placements for adults and juveniles are provided. Adult placements has a statewide list of all cbrf's. Juvenile placements include a list of the child caring institutions, group homes statewide and a list of treatment foster home agencies. |

DOC Information:
This category includes a list of the prisons, juvenile correctional facilities,
the sex offender treatment programs available in prison, ATR camps, DOC halfway
houses, and DOC day treatment programs. The number of inmates over
capacity at the prisons and the number of inmates on a waiting list for sex offender
treatment change often. Contact the prison for current information.
