Kellie M. Krake is Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Public Defender's Office. She received her undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science and Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988 and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1991. She has served the clients of the Public Defender's Office in various capacities since 1991. Kellie is the past president of the Rock County Bar Association and a member of the Dane County Bar Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Legal Aid and Defenders Association and a past member of the Board of Directors for Rock Valley Community Programs. She serves on various ad hoc committees within the agency and legal community.
