SPD CERTIFICATION OF CLE COMPLETION FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2007

Administrative rule SPD 1.04(9) requires all members of our certification list to complete 6.0 credits of continuing legal education related to SPD practice each calendar year.

Attorneys must submit 6 CLE credits completed for 2007 no later than March 15, 2008. Failure to timely report CLE credit will result in summary suspension from all appointment lists.

For those attorneys who are signed up for online billing, CLE credits can be submitted from their individual home pages. Online billers are encouraged to submit their CLE credits as they are earned.

To check your CLE credit status, click on "Continuing Legal Education" on your Private Bar Online View page.

To submit a request for approval of CLE credits, click on "Submit CLE Request" on your Private Bar Online View page. Enter the course name, date, sponsor and number of credits. Click on "Submit to SPD".
