SPD Sentencing Resource Database
Welcome to the SPD Sentencing Resource Database. This database has different categories listing placements and
DOC information specific to sentencing and dispositional hearings. Username and password are required to access

Defender or accept SPD cases to access this information.
Procedures have been developed to update the database as needed. Websites are provided in some categories to
obtain updated information independently, such as the DOC web page. If there are websites that are beneficial
for sentencing practices, please send details to Judy so this information can be added to the database.
You are encouraged to send new information to Mary. The database is as useful as the information it contains. It helps all of us involved in the representation of SPD clients.
The different categories of the database include:
Placements:
- Adults: CBRF's
- Juveniles: Child caring institutions, group homes, treatment foster homes
Placements for adults and juveniles are provided. Adult placements has a statewide list of all cbrf's. Juvenile placements include a list of the child caring institutions, group homes statewide and a list of treatment foster home agencies.
DOC Information:
- Adult and juvenile correctional institutions
- Sex offender treatment programs in prison
- Halfway Houses - adults
- Day Treatment programs - Adults
- ATR camps
This category includes a list of the prisons, juvenile correctional facilities, the sex offender treatment programs available in prison, ATR camps, DOC halfway houses, and DOC day treatment programs. The number of inmates over capacity at the prisons and the number of inmates on a waiting list for sex offender treatment change often. Contact the prison for current information.
